Manual Handling Courses

All of the following courses can be delivered with an in-house certificate (our own or joint certificated with your company) included in the price, or alternatively with a Nationally Accredited certificate from an Awarding Body for the additional cost of their exam and certification fee. Level 2 Principles of Manual Handling

This half day qualification introduces candidates to the hazards and risks involved in manual handling and outlines what to expect from a manual handling assessment. It will enable employees to develop safer manual handling techniques in the workplace.

Level 2 Manual Handling –┬áPrinciples and Practice

This one day qualification introduces candidates to the hazards and risks involved in manual handling and outlines what to expect from a manual handling assessment. It will enable employees to develop safer manual handling techniques in the workplace. This extra 3 hours is for those who need to learn about practical manual handling techniques and how to apply the principles of safer handling to a range of everyday manual handling.

Level 2 Manual Handling –┬áPrinciples and Moving and Handling of People Practice

This one day qualification introduces candidates to the hazards and risks involved in manual handling and outlines what to expect from a manual handling assessment. It will enable employees to develop safer manual handling techniques in the workplace. This extra 3 hours is for those who need to learn about practical moving and handling techniques for people and how to apply the principles of safer handling to a range of moving and handling aids.
